So I finally finished Skyward Sword on Monday, and it was kind of fantastic :D If I have to be crazy omega super honest I might rank it under Twilight Princess in terms of how much I enjoyed it, but we all know how much taste I have in video games (little), and besides, how much I enjoy a game usually doesn't say much as far as how good it is. The things that bothered me about Skyward Sword are pretty minuscule overall (if you have talked to me irl you might have heard me talking about how 'small' the world feels, for example; I often joke that Shadow of the Colossus is my favourite Zelda game), but I do appreciate the very conscious effort to place it within the Zelda timeline. And every giant flying whale is the Wind Fish, I don't care what you say. haha.

So yes, in terms of 'favourite' Zelda game, I think it goes fourth for me, after Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, and Twilight Princess. In terms of 'best' it's right up there with Ocarina of Time. obvs.

Anyways, I'm chilling at home this week for Reading Week, trying (unsuccessfully, so far) to get readings out of the way, because homg the next six weeks are going to be nuts. And instead of being productive, I've played TWEWY and wrote fic. So there.

(I've had the strangest urge to write a TWEWY fic where Shuto Dan and Minamimoto have adorable insane fun times together. I don't even know sometimes.)

idk like TWO YEARS AGO I thought I would be super awesome and cross-stitch all of Koholint Island. SO I STITCHED SOME BEIGE. I STITCHED A LOTS AND A LOTS OF BEIGE. AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE HURR it took like six months because I was derping along slowly. And then like four months later I was done the brown and some other colours here and then I derped around for four months BUT NOW IT IS DONE AND IT IS GLORIOUS AND AMAZING.
